REGISTRATION

 

            All room assignments in the dorm will be made at the time of registration. Registration will be done in the office of the Dorm by the Dorm Supervisor. All those staying in the camping area and the Dorm MUST register at the Dorm office. The fee is $4.00 per day per person this includes insurance. (This will not exclude anyone from attending who cannot afford the registration fee.) We want everyone to have an enjoyable stay in order to do this, each person’s rights must be considered. Please, NO loud noises after 11:30 p.m. Parents are responsible for supervision of their children. Remember this is your property – let us maintain it in good order.

 INSTRUCTIONS

 

§         Location of Assembly Grounds:  One mile East of Dublin, Virginia on Highway No. 11. Turn at Oak Grove Place.

§         Sights may be secured for camping trailers and truck campers by contacting the Conference Office or the Registration Office in the Dormitory. (No campers are to be located on the Assembly Grounds without permission from the Office.)

§         Meals will be served according to schedule in the Conference Cafeteria. Sandwiches and snacks will be available in the Canteen (Lodge).

§         Registration Fee: $4.00 per day for all campers, both in the dormitory and in camp sites, insurance included.
